Nikolai Myhre got his certificate of apprenticeship in automatics in March 2021. The 21 year old already leads a team of 15 people, with the responsibility of planning and implementing audit shutdowns with Yara at Herøya Industripark.

There are so many competent and wonderful people here. We work with a wide range of subjects and challenges, and Bilfinger is great at seeing what their employees can do – and at bringing out the best in people. I find that motivating!
