Line Aase - Coordinator at Bilfinger Academy, Bilfinger Stavanger, Norway

We’ll make sure our colleagues’ expertise is up to date at all times. There are always tasks to be done at Bilfinger Academy, and there is no such thing as a boring day. You get involved in a variety of assignments – and you get to work with wonderful people!

Line Aase has a background in leadership. She’s been working as a staff planner, and today, she has the responsibility of making sure that around 1000 employees have an updated skill-set, and that all courses and certificates are in order.

We’re also responsible for the recruitment of all colleagues going offshore; supervisors, operators and apprentices. I love that we get to meet so many different people!
