Gwen Anderson works in the engineering department of Bilfinger in Porsgrunn with pipes. The 31-year-old American is a mechanical engineer, and in addition, she has a bachelor's degree in mechanical design.

The best thing about Bilfinger? My colleagues! We collaborate very well; we are good at using each other's strengths to solve the challenges we have. It gives me a lot of energy.
