Bilfinger, more than 100 years of experience with multidiscipline services supporting evolving industries

Since the end of the 19th century, Bilfinger has experienced major societal changes and handled major industrial shifts. This experience is Bilfinger Nordic's most important asset when society is once yet again going through a new major transformation – the transition from fossil- to renewable energy sources. 

The company is therefore well positioned to actively contribute to this transformation. As a well-known partner for the process industry, oil & gas industry, the hydropower- and energy industry in general and for a number of other industries. We have our strength and competence in disciplines along the entire lifecycle of a plant, which require long industrial experience in engineering, maintenance and project execution.

Bilfinger is an attractive employer, we attract resources from young apprentices to experienced engineers by our development programs, the competences we deliver and the industries we support.

The Nordic region

Bilfinger in Norway, Sweden and Finland are unified in one unit, Bilfinger Nordics. This makes Bilfinger a strong and flexible partner to our customers. It also strengthens our position delivering experienced and competent multidiscipline sustainable industrial services.

Bilfinger Nordics ambition is to reduce CO2-emissions and become net zero by 2030. Our roadmap for this work consists, among others, of reducing energy consumptions and replacing fossil fuels by renewable energy. Our priority areas within energy transition or the "Green Deal" are hydrogen, batteries, industrial electrification and energy efficiency.

At Bilfinger's stand at this year`s ONS, the world's second largest energy fair, visitors, customers and business partners will experience a forward-looking Bilfinger.
